General enquiries

For anything that isn't a data request or a content correction, email hello@sheprep.com. That covers partnership enquiries, press, feedback on the site, technical problems with a calculator, and anything else you're not sure where to put.

Data requests

For anything covered by our privacy policy — access, correction, erasure, objection, portability, or any other UK GDPR request — email privacy@sheprep.com. Tell us what you're asking for and, if it helps, which page or interaction it relates to. We'll confirm we've received your request and let you know once it's been actioned.

Reporting an error in our content

If you've spotted something on a health page that looks wrong, outdated, or doesn't match current guidance, tell us. This matters more here than on most sites: our content is not clinically reviewed — see our about page for what our review process actually is — and a reader flagging an error is one of the main ways we catch mistakes before they cause harm. Email hello@sheprep.com with the page URL, what you think is wrong, and where possible the source you're comparing it against. We check every report against current guidance, correct anything that needs correcting, and note that we've done so rather than quietly editing and moving on; see our editorial guidelines for how corrections work in full.

Advertising and partnerships

If you're enquiring about advertising, sponsorship or affiliate partnerships, email hello@sheprep.com with "Partnership enquiry" in the subject line. See our advertising and affiliate disclosure for how commercial relationships stay separate from editorial content — that separation isn't negotiable, whatever the enquiry is worth.

What to expect

ShePrep is a small operation, not a large team with a dedicated support desk. We read every email we receive, and we aim to acknowledge error reports and data requests promptly, but we can't promise a fixed response time or guarantee an answer to every enquiry we get. Reports about incorrect or unsafe health content are our highest priority and get looked at first, ahead of everything else waiting in the inbox that day.

If it's urgent

If you're worried about your own or your baby's health right now, please don't wait for a reply from us — we are not a clinical service and cannot give individual advice by email. Contact your midwife, GP or maternity unit, or emergency services if it's serious. See our medical disclaimer for more on when to do that instead of searching for an answer here.
